You can join the BillyChip scheme here, simply register for your free account below. We will verify your request and send you a starter pack of freshly baked BillyChips to get you up and running. There are some FAQ’s below but feel free to contact us if you wish to discuss anything.

To join The Billy Chip® scheme and help support your community, register your free account above. Once we have received your application and approved we will send out a BillyChip® starter pack free of charge which contains:
- 25 x BillyChips
- 1 x Window sticker
- 2 x Big Stickers
- 1 x Foam Strut Card
- 2 x Cardboard Strut Cards
- 3 x Double-sided posters
- 10 x BillyChip decals
- 1 x Staff Room Poster
FAQ’s
How much does it cost to join?
It’s free to join the scheme! We send you everything you will need to get started, we only charge you for the chips you have sold and pay you for any redemptions.
How do I join the scheme?
Sign up through the business account button which is located above, it’s quick, simple and free!
Do I need a smartphone to sign up?
You can sign up with a Phone, Tablet or Computer. Your account is Web-based so once you have registered you can use it on any device.
Where can I find my account?
Once you have registered by following the above process, you just click the “Business account” button and log in
How do you get paid for BillyChips we sell?
We invoice you £2 through the App for each chip sold, this can be invoiced or paid online. Choose your option on the sign-up page.
How do we get paid for redeemed chips?
We credit you £1 through the App for each chip redeemed, this can be invoiced or paid online. Choose your option on the sign-up page.
Can chains or franchises sign up to be part of the scheme?
Yes absolutely! You can sign up in the app as an outlet and have your invoices sent to a separate accounting address. Choose that option on the sign-up page or change it in settings once you’ve logged in.
What kind of outlets can sign up?
We want to partner with as many outlets as possible, if you serve hot and cold takeaway drinks then you can join us. Sadly, we don’t accept Pubs and Bars as we wouldn’t want to put anyone who is sleeping rough in a compromising position.
Can I stock Billy Chips if I don’t serve hot beverages?
Unfortunately not, if you have a business that you’d like to support BillyChip through please don’t hesitate to get in touch to see how we can work together.
How will people know I’m an outlet?
We not only have the QR code on the chips linking to our outlet directory but we provide window stickers in our start packs so people are aware. We also heavily support our outlets on our social media platforms. Our PR and Marketing team are ready to make the most of each sign-up for our supporters.
